Introduction:
Skooly allows you to manage multiple branches, making it easy to organize different locations or departments under one account. This guide will show you how to add and manage multiple branches.
Steps to Access Branch Management
Log in to Skooly
Use your admin credentials to log in to the Skooly dashboard.Go to School Settings
From the left menu, click School Setup.
In the Settings page, click Branches under the School Setup section.
View Existing Branches
You will see a list of all branches with details like rooms, operation days, amenities, and address.
Basic Branch Setup
Fields included:
Branch Name – Name of the branch.
Operation Hours – Timings when the branch is open.
Rooms / Courts / Field – You can add rooms/courts/fields available in the branch.
Advanced Branch Setup
Includes all Basic fields plus additional details:
Branch Description – A brief overview of the branch.
Notes – Any extra information or remarks.
Address – Full address of the branch.
Map URL – Google Maps link to the branch location.
Contact – Phone number or email for branch contact.
Amenities – Facilities available at the branch, e.g.:
Locker
Shower
Food
Parking
Rental services
Choose Image – Upload branch images.
Logo – Upload branch logo.
Click on Add to save the changes.
