First steps in setup of your school (5 minutes)

Welcome aboard !! Setting up your school on Skooly is pretty easy, you should  be able to do it under 5 minutes, we promise !!
 
Skooly enables you do your routine stuff easily - Sending school communication , sharing documents, photos or videos, sending fee requests, online & mobile payments, scheduling, attendance and maintaining student records.
 
We believe we can enable happier educational journeys by taking out the mundane paperwork or repetitive tasks !! Would love to hear your feedback on this journey !!

Choosing your school type 

Skooly has solutions for preschools, academies, schools, colleges (bigger students), arts & music , language, sports etc . If you want to change your school type, please let us know, we would be happy to enable it.   

Accessing Skooly 

You can access Skooly from your computer, PC or mobile app. However,if you are using it for setup for the first time, we suggest the website access. Please use your registered email and password to login, 

• From any computer, please access website  http://app.getskooly.com
• or Download IOS Mobile app 
• or Download Android Mobile App

Skooly also has a Check in Kiosk available upon request. 

Add your school logo

• Add your school logo, website link, contact information or configure school settings

Setup your school

• Add classrooms or classes 
• Add students manually or Bulk upload your students or send us your excel. Incase you are migrating from another system, we can help you do it easily as well. Please write to [e-mail]
• Add teaching staff  or Add or manage additional admin staff
• Sending invitations -
  •  Automatic invites - Skooly automatically sends email / sms invites once you add the student information. If you want to change invite content, or resend invites or switch off invites, please see this section - Send invite to parents or students
  • Manual invites - Further, if needed, you can also send these following invites to parents , teachers or admin users
