Send announcements - school or classroom, groups

Sending Announcements :

From your web console , announcements can be sent to teachers ,parents and admins .

You can send announcements by various ways

School	Enter your School name in the To section Announcement will sent to the entire school members including teachers , parents, students and admin members
Classroom	Enter your Class room name in the To section .Choosing a single classroom will send to classroom's teacher, students and parents
Multiple Classroom	Enter your Class room names in the To section . On choosing multiple classrooms , announcements will be sent to students , teachers , parents and admins of the rooms they are associated
Programme	Enter Programme name in your To section Sending to programme will be received by all the classrooms members inside the program

When sending a announcement  links and files can also be attached 

 

Supported File Types :

    Word, pdf, ppt, excel, image type (png, jpg or jpeg) ,video type only. 

File Size :

   50 MB / announcement

Sms and Email :

   Sms and email can also be sent at the time of sending announcements select SMS or Email box at the time of sending announcements to send a email / sms announcement .

Schedule Announcement:

• Announcements can be scheduled as well , scheduling a announcement would allow you to send a announcement one a particular date and time 
• Select Schedule option and enter your date and time 
• Select Save and Send option to schedule your announcement
• You can also select see scheduled announcement to view your announcements which are scheduled.
• Edit and delete options are also available at the time of sending announcements.
