How to view message delivery reports

Class Message Delivery Reports :

Messages Sent by the teachers , students , parents and subadmin can be seen in the message history reports.

• Select Message reports and click on Class chat tab
• Select View reports to see who received the message
• Select Private chat to view the conversation between a Teacher and Parent 

Announcement delivery report 

Announcement sent by admin will be received by teacher , staffs , parents and students . To view the message delivery receipt you can choose your announcement and select see delivery receipt
