Step 1 - From your admin console, please go to Students -> Profiles -> Profile tab -> Custom fields -> click Edit fields.
Step 2 - Click on the group button -> Add the group name -> and add group order to add the custom fields under them.
Step 3 - Click on the text button -> add a field name -> choose the group -> choose the order.
Step 4 - You can also choose the visibility option (Visible / Hidden).
Step 5 - Please add the minimum and maximum text length for the fields.
Step 6 - Once you have added the group and the fields, please click on the save button on the top right.
Step 7 - You can now enter details in the custom fields.
Step 8 - To download the custom fields data, please go the student profiles -> click the More options dropdown -> Download students button.
You will be able see the custom fields data in the excel sheet like shown in the image below.
