How to Navigate to This Setting

1. Log in to the Skooly Admin Web Portal.

2. From the left-hand menu, click School Setup.

3. Select Settings.

4. Scroll to Scheduling & Bookings Settings.

5. Locate Allow parent and student to cancel class.

What Does This Setting Do?

This setting controls whether parents and students are allowed to cancel a scheduled class on their own.

When Should You Enable This?

Enable this setting if:

• You want to allow self-service cancellations
