How to Navigate to This Setting

1. Log in to the Skooly Admin Web Portal.

2. From the left menu, click School Setup.

3. Select Settings.

4. Scroll to Check-In Kiosk Settings.

5. Locate Display number of students in classrooms.

What Does This Setting Do?

This setting controls whether the total number of students in a classroom is shown on the Check-In Kiosk screen.

When Should You Use This Setting?

• Turn ON if you want staff to quickly see classroom strength at the kiosk.

• Turn OFF if the kiosk is placed in a public area and you want to protect student privacy.

How the Setting Works

• ON
  The number of students in each classroom is displayed in Kiosk mode.

  

• OFF
  The number of students in each classroom is hidden in Kiosk mode.
