Configuring Subscriptions in Skooly.

Creation of course with subscription.

1) From your skooly admin console, go to courses & Fees -> New course -> Choose type of class -> Under type of pricing, choose Subscription per student.

2) Add a course -> under Fee options, choose Subscription -> Add the option name -> Choose the billing interval (months, weeks or years) -> Add the price and click Add.

Subscription settings

1) To configure your default subscription settings -> Please go to Billing & Payments -> Settings -> Under subscription, set the start date for the subscription -> set the End date by choosing the number of cycles -> set the date in which to start billing on the current cycle -> and set the due date and click on Update settings in the bottom.

Creation of Subscription

1) To create a subscription, please go to billing & payments -> Subscriptions tab -> click on create subscription.

2) Please select the student. The default subscription settings will be applied -> you can also edit it there if needed.

3) Under select item drop down -> choose the course -> Choose the course fee option.

4) If you prefer to prorate the fee -> please turn of the prorate fee button -> set the start date and end date accordingly,

Finally, Click on the Start subscription on the top right.
