Signing in students can be done from the
a) Mobile -
b) Web
c) Kiosk
Check In from mobile
Student check in can be done by both teachers and school admins , it is just a click away .
- From the home screen, Click on Mark attendance. You will be taken to attendance page.
- From the dropdown, select the classroom.
- Click on the 'In' button to checkin the student.
- Click on the 'Temp' box to add the student's temperature.
- Then, click on the 'Out' button to checkout the student.
Based on the school settings to notify the parent or not, parents will also receive a notification if a student is marked as present or absent .
Checkin In from computer, web
- Go to Attendance in left menu
- Now click on Student Report tab
- Now you can see the students report
- Click on the respective student and the date to check in
- Now you can mark the attendance.
Checkin In from Kiosk
* In the mobile app, from your admin console - Select the profile tab.
* Click on Switch to Checkin Kiosk mode.
* Click on Student Checkin.
* Select the Classroom, pick the student and click on the Checkin button.
* To checkout the student, simply click on the Checkout button.
Recording temperature using bluetooth thermometer:
* Go to Daily activities, select the classroom and checkin the student.
* Click on Temp, choose Bluetooth and click Scan Thermometer.
* Then simple connect to your thermometer from the discovered devices.
* Click on Add Activity to finish.
