Step 1: Open "Settings" and go to "Notifications"

Step 2: In "Notifications" scroll down to "Skooly" and tap on it

Step 3: Make sure that all the three toggles i.e "Block all", "Show silently", and "Override Donot Disturb" are "OFF"

Step 4: Return back to "Settings" and go to "Apps"

Step 5: In "Apps" scroll down to "Skooly" and tap on it

Step 6: In "Skooly" tap on "Notifications"

Step 7: Make sure that all the three toggles i.e "Block all", "Show silently", and "Override Do not Disturb" are "OFF"
