Step 1: From your web login, go to Enrichment centre -> Assessments -> Setup assessments tab.
Step 2: Enter the report name (ex, Semester 1 report) -> then click browse and select the assessment template from your computer. Note - The template will be give to your by our team.
Step 3: Go to the manage assessments tab -> Click create assessment and create the assessment. In the assessment format dropdown, choose the format that we just created in step 2.
Step 4: Double click on the created assessment, you will see all the students batch-wise. Select the batch -> click the Update assessment button right next to the student you need.
Step 5: Start the grading. You can also add comments in the bottom.
Step 6: Once the grading is done, scroll up and click Save report.
Step 7: Close the window and please go to the second tab Student reports -> select the assessment from the dropdown.
Step 8: To the view the report, please click the View report button.
Step 9: To publish the report and send it to the parents, please select the student and click the Publish reports button. The report will be sent to the parents Via email.
This is how the parent views the report sent via email.
Clicking on the View Assessment report button will open the report in a new tab like below.
The Admin can print the report by clicking on the print report button in the view report page.
