How can I setup an assessment format?

The assessment format you upload should be in the given format as shown below.

Step 1: Go to Setup Assessments tab

Step 2: Enter your Assessment name and click on browse to select your assessment excel. You can also download the sample assessment format by clicking on sample excel.
