How to schedule and track tours

What it's for

A center tour is often what turns an interested family into an enrolled one. Scheduling tours in Skooly keeps them organized and moves each enquiry along your admissions funnel.

Where to find it

Admissions → Tours (and the Schedule Tour action on any enquiry)

Step-by-step

1. Go to Admissions.
2. Find the enquiry in your Pipeline and click Schedule Tour.
3. Pick the date and time for the tour and add any notes.
4. Save it. The enquiry moves to the Tour Scheduled stage and appears on the

Tours tab.

1. After the visit, update the enquiry to Toured so you know it's done.

Tips & limits

• The Upcoming Tours stat card at the top of the Admissions page shows how many

tours you have booked.

• Use the Tours tab to see all scheduled visits in one place.
