How to set up your online enquiry form

What it's for

The online enquiry form lets interested families submit their details themselves from the web. Every submission drops straight into your admissions pipeline as a new enquiry, so you never miss a lead.

Where to find it

Admissions → Online Enquiry Form

Step-by-step

1. Go to Admissions and click Online Enquiry Form.
2. Make sure Accepting enquiries is toggled on so the form is live.
3. Under Form Fields, click Edit fields to review what families fill in — each

field is marked Required or Optional.

1. Copy the Public form link and share it on your website, social media, or in

messages to prospective families. Use Preview to see the form as families will.

Tips & limits

• Enquiries submitted through the form arrive with Website as their source, so you

can see where your leads come from.

• New submissions appear at the Enquiry stage of your pipeline, ready for you to

follow up.

• Turn Accepting enquiries off any time you want to pause new submissions (for

example, when you're full).
