Understanding admissions and enrollment
What it's for
Admissions gives you one place to manage every prospective family, from their first enquiry to the day their child is enrolled. It helps you follow up on interest, book tours, manage a waitlist, and turn enquiries into enrolled children — without losing track of anyone.
Where to find it
Admissions (in the Administration section of the menu)
The admissions funnel
Every enquiry moves through a series of stages, shown at the top of the page as your Admissions Funnel:
- Enquiry — a family has shown interest.
- Tour Scheduled — you've booked them a center tour.
- Toured — they've visited.
- Waitlisted — they're waiting for a place to open up.
- Admitted — you've offered them a place.
- Enrolled — the child is on your roster.
Not every family goes through every stage — you can move an enquiry straight to enrolled when you're ready.
The three views
- Pipeline — every enquiry and its current stage, with quick actions.
- Tours — center tours you've scheduled.
- Waitlist — children waiting for a place.
Tips & limits
- The stat cards at the top (Total Enquiries, New Enquiries, Upcoming Tours,
Waitlisted) give you an at-a-glance summary of your pipeline.
- Enquiries can come in automatically through your online enquiry form, or you can
add them yourself — see the next two articles.
