How to customize your branding

What it's for

Branding makes Skooly look like *your* center. Add your logo, colors and a welcome message so families see your identity when they sign in and use their portal.

Where to find it

Settings → Center Info → Branding

Step-by-step

1. Go to Settings and open the Center Info tab.
2. Scroll to the Branding card and click Edit branding.
3. Upload your logo and favicon.
4. Set your primary color and a tagline.
5. Add a parent portal welcome message and an email signature.
6. Use the Preview — Parent Portal Header to check how it looks, then click

Save Changes.

Tips & limits

• Use a high-resolution logo on a transparent background for the best result across

screens and printed documents.

• Branding changes apply everywhere families see your center — the parent portal, emails

and announcements — so use the live preview before saving.

• Your primary color themes the parent portal, so pick a color that reads well

behind white text.
