How to set up your center profile

What it's for

Your center profile is the core information about your preschool — its name, contact details, address, licensing, timezone and currency. These details appear across Skooly and affect how billing and reports work, so it's worth setting them up early.

Where to find it

Settings → Center Info

The Center Info tab is organized into cards you edit one at a time: Center Details, Contact Information, Licensing Information, Regional Settings and Branding.

Step-by-step

1. Go to Settings and open the Center Info tab.
2. On the Center Details card, click Edit to set your center name, legal

name, year established and total capacity.

1. On the Contact Information card, click Edit to add your address,

country, phone and email.

1. On the Licensing Information card, add your license number and licensing

authority if your region requires them.

1. On the Regional Settings card, set your timezone and currency. *(These

affect billing and reports across Skooly — set them correctly now.)*

1. Click Save Changes.

Tips & limits

• Currency and timezone apply everywhere in Skooly once set. Changing them later

can affect existing invoices, so confirm them before you start billing.
