How to set up legal agreements
What it's for
Legal agreements are the documents families sign — waivers, consent forms, terms and conditions. Setting them up here lets your academy collect the right signatures and keep a record of who agreed to what.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Legal Agreements.
Step-by-step
- Go to Settings → Legal Agreements.
- On the Documents tab, choose Create Agreement (or open an existing one to edit it).
- Give the document a title, choose its type (Agreement, Consent, or Waiver), and enter its content (the terms families are agreeing to).
- Save. It appears in the list with a status (Draft or Active) and a version.
Tracking signatures
- The Signature Tracking tab shows who has signed and what's still pending.
- The top of the page summarizes Total, Active, and Pending Signatures.
- Use Archived for documents you no longer use but want to keep.
Tips & limits
- A document stays a Draft until you make it Active — only active documents are presented for signature.
- Keep the wording accurate — this is the text families are legally agreeing to.
- Signatures are recorded so you have proof of agreement.
