How to configure online registration

What it's for

Online registration settings control what families can do on your store — whether they can enroll and pay online, whether they need an account, and whether their enrollments need your approval before they're confirmed. You also control the information the sign-up form collects.

Where to find it

Go to Store → Registration → Settings.

Registration options

On the Settings tab, turn options on or off:

• Enable online enrollment — let families enroll students through your website.
• Enable online payments — accept payment during registration.
• Require parent / student account — families create a login to manage enrollments and payments.
• Allow trial session bookings — let families book a trial before committing.
• Enable waitlist when classes are full — auto-add students to a waitlist.

Approval workflow

Under Approval Workflow, choose whether enrollments need manual review before they're confirmed (you can set this per type, such as Group Classes). Manual review lets you approve each online enrollment; automatic confirmation is faster but hands-off.

Form fields

Use the Form Fields tab to control what information the registration form asks families for.

Tips & limits

• Turn on online payments only once your payment setup is ready (see *Billing & Payments*).
• Manual review gives you control over who gets in; automatic is more convenient but less oversight.
• Online registrations flow into your leads and enrollments — manage them in Growth and Booking & Enrollment.
