Understanding your online store
What it's for
The online store gives your academy a public website where prospective families can find you, browse your packages, and register themselves — including paying online. It turns your catalog into something people can sign up for without you entering everything by hand.
Where to find it
Open Store from the main menu. The side menu has a Storefront area (Website, Packages) and a Registration area (Settings).
The parts of your store
Website — your public storefront: its web address, how it appears in search, and a preview of what visitors see. See *How to set up your store website*.
Packages — control which of your packages appear on the website, and which are featured. See *How to publish packages to your store*.
Registration → Settings — control how online sign-up works: whether families can enroll and pay online, whether they need an account, trials, waitlists, and whether enrollments need your approval. See *How to configure online registration*.
The typical flow
- Set up your website (address, SEO) and preview it.
- Choose which packages appear on the store.
- Configure online registration (payments, approvals, and so on).
- Share your storefront link — families browse, register, and pay.
Tips & limits
- The packages you sell come from your catalog — create them there first (see *Catalog & Pricing*).
- Registrations and enrollments that come in are managed in Growth and Booking & Enrollment.
