Understanding reports and dashboards

What it's for

The Reports area is where you see how your academy is performing — money coming in, how busy you are, how students and staff are doing. It pulls together information from across the app into dashboards (at-a-glance overviews) and reports (detailed breakdowns you can filter and export).

Where to find it

Open Reports from the main menu. The side menu is split into Dashboards and Reports.

Dashboards

Quick, visual overviews:

• Financial Dashboard — income, payments, and other money metrics at a glance.
• Operations Dashboard — how your academy is running day to day.

Reports

Detailed breakdowns you can dig into and export:

• Students — student-related figures.
• Staff — staff-related figures.
• Enrollment — how enrollment is tracking.
• Schedule — classes and attendance.
• Finance — a detailed financial breakdown.

Tips & limits

• Dashboards are best for a quick check; reports are best when you need the detail or want to export the data.
• Reports draw on what's recorded elsewhere in the app — the more up to date your students, attendance, and payments are, the more accurate they'll be.
