How to create a lead capture form
What it's for
A lead capture form is a public form you share — on your website or by link — where interested families enter their details. Every submission becomes a new lead in your pipeline automatically, so enquiries flow in without you typing them up.
Where to find it
Go to Growth → Forms (the Lead Capture Forms page).
Each form shows its Active status, how many submissions it's had, and a public link you can copy and share (for example on your website).
Step-by-step
- Go to Growth → Forms.
- Click Create Form.
- On the General tab, give the form a name and description, and set its Status (Active means it's live).
- On the Fields tab, click Add Field to choose what families fill in. You can reorder fields and map them to lead data so submissions fill in automatically.
- (Optional) Use the Notifications tab to control alerts for new submissions.
- Click Create Form to save. Once it's Active, copy its public link from the forms list and share it — every submission becomes a new lead.
Managing your forms
- Each form in the list shows whether it's Active or Inactive, plus its submission count and shareable link.
- Use the actions on a form to edit its fields or view the leads it has generated.
- Set a form to Inactive to stop it collecting new submissions without deleting it.
Tips & limits
- Submissions arrive in Growth → Leads as New leads with their source set to the form — follow them up like any other lead.
- Each form has its own public link; share that link (or embed it) so families can reach the form.
- Keep forms short — ask only for what you need to start a conversation.
- An Inactive form won't accept new submissions.
