Viewing your schedule

What it's for

Your schedule shows the upcoming classes for you (or your child), so you always know what's on and when.

Where to find it

In the portal, open Schedule.

Step-by-step

1. Open Schedule in the portal.
2. Switch between Day View and Week View.
3. Use the arrows to move between days or weeks.
4. Each session shows its time, room and any actions you can take (such as Reschedule or Cancel).

Tips & limits

• The schedule reflects the classes you're booked into — book more from Book a Class.
• Whether you can cancel or reschedule a session yourself depends on your academy's policies.
• Times are shown in your academy's timezone.
