Viewing your enrollments, packages and credits

What it's for

This is where you see what you're enrolled in, the packages you've bought, and how many credits you have left to book sessions with.

Where to find it

In the portal, open Book a Class (for your enrollments and credits) or Packages (to browse and buy).

Your enrollments and credits

1. Open Book a Class in the portal.
2. See your active enrollments, each showing the program, sessions used, and credits left.
3. Use Book sessions on a package to book against your remaining credits.

Browsing and buying packages

1. Open Packages.
2. Browse available packages (filter by type), and see pricing and what each includes.
3. Choose Buy now to purchase — see *How parents and adult students purchase a package* for the full flow.

Tips & limits

• Credits come from the packages you buy; each booking uses a credit.
• When credits run out, buy another package to keep booking.
• A package shows as Active once it's paid.
