How to sign in and switch between children

What it's for

Signing in opens your family portal. If you're a parent with more than one child at the academy, you can switch between them to see each child's schedule, payments and progress.

Signing in

1. Open your academy's portal link in a web browser.
2. Enter your email and password, or use Continue with Google.
3. If it's a new device, you may be asked to enter a verification code sent to your email.

If you were invited by the academy, use the link in your invitation email to set your password first.

Switching between children

• At the top of the portal, use the child selector (showing the current child's name) to switch to another child.
• The portal then shows that child's schedule, bookings, payments and progress.

Tips & limits

• Adult students sign in the same way and see their own information — there's no child to switch.
• "Trust this device" skips verification next time on a device you use regularly.
• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
