Understanding your family portal

What it's for

The family portal is where parents and adult students manage everything with your academy online — schedules, bookings, payments, progress and messages. This overview explains what's there and who sees what.

Who uses it

• Parents manage their children's classes and payments, and can switch between children.
• Adult students use the same portal for themselves.

The experience is the same; a parent simply picks which child they're viewing.

What you can do

From the portal you can:

• See your schedule of upcoming classes.
• Book, cancel or reschedule sessions.
• Buy packages and view your credits.
• View invoices and make payments.
• See your progress reports.
• Read messages and announcements from the academy.
• Review your check-in history and manage your profile.

Where to sign in

Open your academy's portal link in a web browser and sign in with your account. If you were invited by the academy, use the link in your invitation email to set your password first.

Tips & limits

• The portal is available on the web today; a mobile app is planned, and the same tasks will be available there.
• You'll also receive emails from the academy for things like invoices, bookings and announcements.
• What you can do yourself (such as cancelling or rescheduling) depends on your academy's policies.
