How to book a trial session

What it's for

A trial lets a prospective student attend a single session to try a program before committing — often free. Use it to convert leads into enrolled students.

Where to find it

Open Schedule, open a class (Calendar or Classes tab), and start a booking.

Step-by-step

1. Student — select or add the student.
2. Mode — choose Trial. If the trial is set up as free, no payment is required.
3. Session — pick the session they'll try.
4. Payment — a free trial skips the charge; a paid trial shows its price.
5. Confirm — complete the booking.

Tips & limits

• A trial is a one-off — for ongoing participation, use Enrollment; for a single paid session, use a drop-in.
• Trial availability depends on your program and booking settings.
• After a successful trial, book the student properly via Enrollment or by selling a package.
