How to create a semi-private program

What it's for

A semi-private program is a small-group offering — typically 2–3 students per session, such as small-group coaching or paired lessons. You set it up through the Add Program wizard, choosing Semi-Private as the class type.

Where to find it

From the left sidebar, open Catalog → Programs, then click Add Program.

Step-by-step

1. Go to Catalog → Programs and click Add Program (top right).
2. On Step 1 (Choose Starting Point), choose Start from Scratch, then select Semi-Private (2-3 students per session) as the Class Type.

1. Move through the guided 6-step wizard (Location → Basic Info → Pricing → Schedule → Review):

1. On the Pricing step, set the Payment Policy and the per-session price. For semi-private, you set the small-group capacity (how many students share a session, typically 2–3).

1. Finish on Review and publish.

Tips & limits

• Semi-Private is for small groups (2–3 students). For strictly one student, use Create a private program; for open group classes, use Create a group program.
• The capacity you set caps how many students can share a semi-private session.
• You can add multiple duration options on the Pricing step.
• The Payment Policy (Pre-Paid or Post-Paid) works the same as other programs — see *Understanding your catalog and pricing*.
