How to create a group program

What it's for

A group program is a class with multiple students per session — your standard group classes and courses. This is the most common program type. You set it up through the Add Program wizard, choosing Group as the class type.

Where to find it

From the left sidebar, open Catalog → Programs, then click Add Program.

Step-by-step

1. Go to Catalog → Programs and click Add Program (top right).
2. On Step 1 (Choose Starting Point), choose Start from Scratch (or duplicate an existing program), then select Group as the Class Type.

1. Move through the guided 6-step wizard:

• Location — choose which of your locations offer this program.
• Basic Info — enter the Program Name (required), descriptions, and the age groups it's for.
• Pricing — set the Payment Policy (Pre-Paid or Post-Paid) and the session price. You can add more than one duration option (e.g. 30-min and 60-min at different prices).
• Schedule — set when the program runs.
• Review — check everything and publish.

Tips & limits

• Group is for multiple students per class. For one-on-one, use Create a private program; for small groups of 2–3, use Create a semi-private program.
• The Payment Policy decides prepaid vs postpaid — see *Understanding your catalog and pricing* for what that means.
• To sell a group program as a prepaid bundle (e.g. a 10-session pack or membership), create a package after the program exists.
• Prices are shown in your academy's currency (set in Settings → Academy Info).
