How to manage your programs
What it's for
Your Program Catalog is the home for everything you offer — classes, courses, lessons and camps. This article covers managing programs you've already created: searching, editing, duplicating, activating or archiving, and removing them. If you're creating your very first program, see How to create a class or program in Getting Started.
Where to find it
From the left sidebar, open Catalog → Programs. You'll see a table of all your programs with search, filters and pagination.
Finding a program
- Go to Catalog → Programs.
- Use the search box to find a program by name, category or instructor.
- Click Filters to narrow the list by Status, Class Type, Pricing Policy or Location.
- Click a column header (like Program) to sort.
Editing and other row actions
Click the ⋮ (actions) menu at the end of a program's row to:
- View Details — open the program's full detail view.
- Edit Program — reopen the program to change its info, pricing or schedule.
- Duplicate — copy the program as a starting point for a similar one.
- Deactivate — temporarily stop offering the program without deleting it.
- Archive — move the program out of your active list while keeping its history.
- Delete — permanently remove the program (see the warning below).
Importing and exporting
- Use the More menu (top right) to import programs from a file or export your program list.
Tips & limits
- Deleting a program is permanent and also removes its classes, enrollments, attendance logs and waitlist entries. If you just want to stop offering it, use Deactivate or Archive instead.
- Archived programs stay in your records (you'll see an "Archived" status) but don't appear as active offerings — useful for seasonal programs you may bring back.
- A program's price shows in your academy's currency (set in Settings → Academy Info). You don't choose a currency per program.
- Programs can be offered at multiple locations — the table shows a location count for each.
