Step 1: Go to Billings & Payments from dashboard menu and click on Create Fee Plan.
Step 2: Select Terms
Step 3: Fill in the plan details.Choose One Time Fee from under charges.Enter fee details and click on Create
Step 4: Click on Automated Fee Plans to see your plan
Step 5: To register students to your plan click on Register Students. Select Individual Students, select the classroom and pick the students to whom you want to add the plan (you can select more than one student).
To create fee plan for the entire class select classrooms and select the class name.
Step 6: Click Next. Your invoice will be generated. Click on Send Invoice
