Adhoc invoices would allow you to send instant invoices to students . Ad-hoc could be your school amenities fee , uniform fees , picnic fees or others
Create an invoice to send to a group of students or single student
- Login from your admin console and select billings and payments section.
- Select create a invoice button and enter your invoice details.
- Once the details are filled please select next and choose between "Classrooms" and "Individual Students"
- On selecting classroom invoice will be sent to all the students in the classroom irrespective if a student has joined or unjoined
- On selecting "Individual Students" invoice will be sent to individual students alone
- Once details are confirmed you can select send invoice to send to all students
